How Do You Lose Weight Naturally Goal Setting

Do you have a problem with losing weight? For anything you want to achieve successfully, you need to set a plan to follow. There is nothing wrong than starting a journey and you do not know your destination. Likewise, if you want to succeed in losing weight naturally, you have to set your goals. This is an important aspect for almost anything you are ready to achieve in this life.

This gives you a commitment to be successful . Here below, I will give you a general outline.

Write down your goals

Develop a long term goal (2 years)

Develop Intermediate term goal (1 year)

Develop short term (3 months)

Be specific

Be realistic

Post them on a conspicuous location, on fridge

Define specific target dates

Monitor your progress in writing

Buy a weighing scale

You could always adjust it to your needs. What i am avoiding is you saying that , " i will lose weight this year". Define how many pounds and by when. What do you need to do and when? How much per activity or quantity of the intake? What do you want to cut down, or avoid all together?

Water is one of the effective substance of losing weight and seemingly, most people are not aware. Decide how much water you will be taking per day. Start small and increase with time.2 to 3 liters per day would be appropriate. For your information, the more water you take, the more calories are burned, hence losing weight in the long run. Do not forget to start with drinking water immediately you wake up in the morning before your breakfast. Every time you take a meal, start with a grass of water; that way, you will not eat as much. Water is more filling and you will have a feeling of being full and satisfied.

Plan on the kind of exercises you will be doing. Swimming, jogging, running, walking biking cycling, trade mill and the like. Depending on the frequency, weigh yourself and find out if you have lost weight or you need to adjust your program. Write down the new readings against the previous to see if you have made any progress.

When it comes to meals, cut all the white bread, pasta, avoid junk foods, and processed foods where you can avoid. Instead, use whole grain bread, organic foods, fruits, vegetables and the like. Avoid all those sweet/sugary stuff. If possible, make your own food, because you already know what you need to include and avoid. So, in other words, you have already put this in writing, not just what you think. This guides you to get all you stuff together for one week or a month.

Take six meals per day to stop craving sugary foods. What this does, you will always be full and you will not have a chance to crave on those sugary snacks which adds fat into your body. Eat a healthy breakfast, not those junk foods.

AS you do all these, you need to be weighing yourself regularly to monitor your progress; maybe weekly. If need be, adjust according to the figures you had taken earlier and what your goal is. You will just do it a couple of weeks, and within no time , it will be your second nature.

If you are ready to follow the above steps, losing weight naturally will be automatic, and you will always be sensitive on your feeding routine and exercise. When you finally achieve your goal , make sure you maintain it. I would certainly assure you that your life will never be same again, you will have achieved the body you have always desired.
